And soon after completing my training course and getting the certification I applied for a nursing program and now I am a successful nurse.

Unfit to Be Medical Assistant

December 3rd, 2011

leveraging their lucrative position on the nasdaq rick s rick has ...While looking for work in the daily tabloid, I found an entry in the classified ads sections looking for a medical assistant. The entry was announcing that a foreign country is looking for a medical assistant who is willing to be dispatched to war torn countries as an assistant to medics. The job will require candidates to be courageous and to be ready for action in the event that war erupts. Since I consider myself as a very courageous and brave, I applied for the job opening.

However, when I visited the recruitment center, they required applicants to be subjected to some physical tests to determine their qualification. The tests included some basic height and weight measurements as well as some endurance tests. Apparently, the medical assistant they are looking for is someone who can withstand the pressure of war physically, not just mentally. Sadly, I was judged to be unfit for the job opening since I am small and frail.

You will have to read the job ads carefully and make sure that you understand what kind of people the company is looking for. There will be many other people who will apply for the same job and your CV would most likely not even make it past the first round. They will immediately see that you do not meet one of their main criteria and you will immediately be put on the pile of people who will have to receive a rejection letter or rejection email.

Virtual Job Interviews

November 14th, 2011

When you are answering job interview questions via a screen, you will notice that you will be more uncomfortable than if you were answering questions in person. That is because you have to speak to a computer and there are delays that you may not have control over and those delays can reflect poorly on you. So try not to move to much when you are talking. Take note of how you are using your hands. Try not to wave them or use them too much to gt your point across because that can be distracting. To practice, for a week talk to everyone you know without using your hands. Place them on your knee and talk. It may feel weird at first but you will get the idea and it will soon become habit. So do not be afraid to tell your friends you will be using a new approach to talking.
